As these two types of wood naturally resist rot and insects they require very low maintenance and no sealing. But the wood that is most durable is the pressure treated wood. Though Pressure-treated sets, in pine, spruce or fir are much less expensive than teak, cedar and oak but they have to be treated once a year in order to maintain their resistance.

Apart from the man-made outdoor games for the children they also have outdoor games which in the terms of adults are noisy and messy like the sand play or the water play. During sand play children do a lot of play as well as learning on the sand. Children also love to run about shouting as they have greater freedom to do things of their will outside.
